Dull spot on silestone suede quartz

I had a coffee stain on my Quartz so I wiped down with mild Dish soap water and a microfiber towel. I applied a little bit of pressure as the stain was stubborn and now I am left with a cloudy dull spot. first how could this happen with just dish soap and water? And 2nd anything I can do to fix it?

Rewash the whole counter. You e just described one of the standard drawbacks of suede counters. You have to wash, and hand dry, all of them, at the same time.
