My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My DD came out and helped today. It was so much fun and we fixed the old, decrepit fence. We also cleared out ground cover next to the fence.



(almost) The rest of the backyard. I'm trying to get a couple of paths established in the cleared areas.


The previous owners lined the area between grass and the rest of the yard with Lancifolia. Liberty is that beautiful yellow/green on the left.

    Liberty has surprised me by growing FAST. And it's so visually stunning. Here's mine. It's actually two plants that I put in the ground very close together so they would look like one. I was too impatient to wait for a big specimen to grow.
