Ornamental Grasses Over or Underwatering

I recently planted some new ornamental grasses and it does not look healthy. Can someone give me any advise on if it looks like this plant is over or underwatered. Any signs on what I'm doing wrong? The tips are turning yellow/brown and getting curly.
