Help we have an 11 foot centre island and are using ceasarstone but have to have a seam. Where is the beat place to have it on the counter thanks

Seam placement has a lot to do with personal preference. We prefer to place them at an opening like a sink or cook top as it minimizes the amount of the seam you'll see. In the island above it's in the middle of the island as we didn't want to put in either the seating area or the main prep area at the opposite end of the island.

It'd be a good idea to ask your fabricator for a photo of what the seam will look like when finished. Not all fabricators do this but it's a good idea if they are able to accommodate the request.

are they happy with light quartz in terms of clean-up? What does one use daily - meyers?
