Yes it's a shady area between an old garage and a fence with another garage right against it. I'm amazed it's alive let alone thriving. I only look back there twice a year or so lol.

Lol...there probably are both trolls and fairies. The other day we had my teenager wear protective clothing and climb into the beast to look for lost toys and we found a large ball we hadn't had in years. It wasn't even deflated or anything.

Wow! That is one (monstrously huge) gorgeous old rose!! Rosa canina is such a wonderful species rose. I grow its (not quite as monstrously huge) relative, Rosa alba 'Semi Plena'. Carol
