Camellia for north Georgia

I‘m in 7b north Georgia looking for a camellia. It will be on north side of house just bright indirect light.


I want to prune it tree like so looking for one with interest bark. Looking to keep 8 to 10 ft tall. Spring blooming and fragrance a bonus. Any recommendations?
