Your daughter's room has a luxe feel already, it needs just some more adult styling in bedside decoration. Your son's room needs a bit more luxe! Fluffier spread in a more luxurious fabric and again more adult lamp and decor, cushions. You could stay with the blue, or change - a darker shade of the wall color in a block or as a color in a spread design or crisp linens with the wood.
