Any advice?

Do you need the linen closet? If your W/D can be stacked, you might be able to tuck some shelves into the laundry closet. Then expand your Master closet into the linen closet space for more room. Also....your shower is quite small. Do you need a tub? In a space this long an narrow, you might be better off to do a tub/shower combination ( if you want to keep a tub) or eliminate the tub and increase the size of the shower and place it where the tub is now located. Then, a double vanity might fit in your space.

Hire the architect that you need in order to not have a 160K remuddle that just makes things worse. Don’t try to do your own open heart surgery either.

i noticed you have a door to the bathroom outside the master bedroom, are you sharing that bathroom?

Yes, it is shared

Oh okay, have you thought about a tub and shower combo?? It could really save you space
