Hello all, I recently bought a Clusia Guttifera or small leaf Clusia. The leaves are turning yellow from the bottom up. I'll attach some photos for more detail. I sprayed neem oil two days ago in hopes to get rid of white powdery mildew.

In this photo I risned off the neem oil and some of the powdery white mildew for a better look at the foilage.

I have the plant about 4 feet away from a South facing window. Any and all help is greatl appreciated
