Clematis ID please

I planted 2 clematis in this area. Nothing bloomed last year (year 2) but this year I've got a nice flush of bloom. By foliage it seems only one of the two survived. This is either Sweet Sugar Blue or souvenir du capitaine thuilleaux
I'm leaning towards SSB, but what are your thoughts?
