This is a closed rain screen system made up of Hardi panels (Similar to CertainTeed cement board as well) and custom made flashing gridwork. The gray panels and painted grid is Rodda brand paint, Brushed Nickel CA205 Satin and white Hardi panels again with custom gridwork as well as 4" lap Hardi siding are Rodda Summit White CA019 Satin with exposed grid.
