Leaves (and flower buds) look like some sort of viburnum. Some are natives, some are not but none are considered particularly invasive. This looks like Viburnum lantanoides to me, which would be native to your area.

First thought is viburnum but you might have to keep an eye on it and wait until it gets bigger to ID. Please update.
