Tub/shower space

How much space is needed for a tub/shower combo like this? I would do a built in tub. Cleaning around a freestanding would be a nightmare I have a 5ft x5ft room that I would like to squeeze both into. I take mineral baths 3 times a week and I would love to not have to use my boys bathroom.
