My new build kitchen will have white uppers and stained lowers in a basalt color (brown/gray). The kitchen person does not like brushed nickel with the stain color and suggested a brushed pewter color by Jeffrey Alexander. I'll need 48 handles so I'm looking for a less expensive option. I found a Cosmas handle in graphite and ordered one. its a nice quality handle and significantly cheaper. The hande looks more brown in person and almost matches the basalt cabs. Would it look okay to have the handles be so close in color to the cabs or should they be lighter? Interested in your opinions of the Cosmas handle or if I should go with the brushed pewter, or some other better idea?.

I have stainless appliances, glass pendants with black cords and 2 black sconces over sink. Adjoining open dining room has fixture that is a mix of iron and steel....TIA!
