We are in D.C., near the border of Maryland. Had minor ant presence at a window, but we started seeing some of these flying guys after a few days. Now there‘s a small cluster of about 30-40 of them in one window and near another. My first thought was termites, but I’m not sold on the idea. Please, I hope not. :)

Any expert help on identifying them would be great. This is the best pic I was able to get. Thanks.
