Arhaus slipcovers

Hello, I bought some used Arhaus furniture. The Baldwin sofa has a thread bare arm, the wide chair has a huge coffee stain on top of the back cushion. I was surprised that the white slipcovers are sealed with tan velcro. Anyway - looking for advice on budget-friendly replacement slipcovers.

Also - if anyone knows if Ballard Designs Davenport collection fits Baldwin?
