How is your dryer going to be vented to the outside?

As drawn, the fridge is too far from the sink, and prep area, between the sink and range. You can move the fridge and range toward the corner, to close the gap--but the NKBA recommends a max distance of 9' between points of the prep triangle.

The DW is in the prep space, so I'd move it to the right of the sink, and store dishes in drawers on the island. That is, if you keep the island in the current orientation.

I would suggest moving the fridge up, but also turning the island parallel to the fridge and range, and using a prep sink. You would have a view of the living areas as you prep, and a secondary prep space for helpers. To the left of the fridge I would shorten the stub wall and use a tall, shallow pantry cabinet to ease that corner. The run of cabinets on the laundry room wall has been omitted, but if you need extra storage there is space to add another row of cabinets on the island (second pic).

Each island seat will need 24" elbow space, and the overhang should be 15", so you might not have space for 4 seats.
