Like a large yard. You'd need to know where any underground utilities are before doing much, if anything, in the way of digging/landscaping.

The bare spots in the yard may be from there being rock too close to the surface for grass to form deep roots.

At the appropriate time of year for the shrubs, unless you're wanting the shrubs high for privacy, would try to trim them back so they're all the same height. Would probably remove the two large shrubs by the front door entirely or at least cut the sides vertically at the entry so they'll not impede a visual of the door or ingress/egress.

You have bright white fascia on the left wing (?garage?) of the building but dark (?gutter?) around the right (?house?) wing of the building and the connecting structure between the two wings. You might consider black fascia.

Have you considered creating at least a front covered stoop with the same metal as is over your windows?

All the trim needs to be painted. White or a light tan would work. Dark green or black shutters would look better than the brown. Wash the roof. When replacing it, consider weathered wood or a charcoal.

Prune all the shrubs down. None of the ones in front of the windows should be higher than the window.

Get a new solid traditional door. Paint it a high gloss black, paint the side lights to match the trim.

how much money do you want t to spend?

do you like the red roof?

do you like all of that brick?

you need some serious landscaping and pruning of those shrubs.

I'd do a black roof, black windows, copper gutters, and a nice wood door (or a black or red door)

(I'd keep the copper metal awnings for sure)
