Which dresser goes?

I attached my inspiration photo best I can find. This is for a guest room I'm going to pick more mature decor. I am going with bed frame without the foot board.I'm stuck between two dresser styles the french styled one.Or the more modern one I would change the legs and pulls to make it less modern.

Can we see a picture of the headboard you are buying?

Your inspiration photo is a "melange". That bed is Victorian, your idea book shows Farmhouse turn of the century, very simple iron bed and your choices for bureaus are French and Mid-century Modern.

I can get this one locally.

I didn't know the name of the style in the photo. Thank you! It's kinda victorian but .....

That bed has a foot board, but if that works then I vote for the French style dresser (with out all that stuff on the wall).

I'm just getting the headboard there is no picture for just it.

Do you recommend a different dresser? I'm open to ideas I am by no means a professional designer.

I will be repainted I'm thinking a deep green or purple.

That is the only window I'll be putting the head of bed against it.

Then save yourself money and don't have any headboard. Invest, instead, on window treatments.

    would both be good?

Found this needs some tlc but I think it fits the style for a nightstand thought?

Your inspiration photo is alot of look nice guest's getaway? But curious if it fits style of the whole house...if not, you could transitional more so.

What about measurements, esp. of the bed/window wall? what does the nice round one measure? I like it btw.

My whole house will be somewhere along the french victorianish boho style.

Pro houzzer suggested simple, and so I'll post a simple bedding - does she mean that both dressy curtains and headboard would look 'too much' for a SMAll room?

Wall is about 114"w queen bed about 60"w. The round end table is 26"h × 24"w. not sure of the window measurement I'm not at home right now.

I'm not sure if the pro ment not to do both or if on a budget pick window treatment over bed frame? I'm in no rush and I want to take my time in each space of the house.

Where dod you find those? Do you have a link?

Nevermind I'm figuring out how to use this site I saved them.

Yeh, it's practice. Do these appeal just to find out - for the sweet textured approach ?

Yes I like the bed skirt and pillows. The dresser is a little to glam for me.

I have lived frugally - I say that to state my own method - I might buy an ok bedding, and place an 'expensive' wonderful style pillow, and that's for my eyes to love. :)

this one is neat to but no measurements.

16" W for $116. in white too... could be that a basic stand, sort of 'seen' could have a very visible wonderful lamp on it ...

Where are you buying so far? :)

that white one is more me.

I've purchased this I will refinish it. I'm a big fan of soild wood and antiques. I'm not putting the mirror with it . I'm not 100%sure what I'm doing with the mirror yet I think I will re frame it.

It's just a mention, but I like the sandy warm neutral....do you happen to like mixing the warm with silvery chandelier lighting? or the opposite ... i do

You could always use the mirror vertically by itself on a wall. The curvy frame echoes the dresser's curves and by having them apart, it won't look too matchy matchy. Also, the finishes don't need to match.

You could probably recreate the window treatment look from your inspo pic fairly easily and inexpensively. I like the round end table you found. Make sure it's the right height for your bed.

Enjoy the process! Hope you'll share pictures when done.

Gotta go, but one more pretty and several colors ivory, etc. but neutral enough for good layering ....

#tartanmeup what should the height be in comparison to the bed?

everdebz I'm more in to brass wrought iron stuff

    that's pretty thank you.

Whatever is comfortable for you, imo. Some people like their night stand a bit higher than their bed, others a bit lower. The convention is same height as mattress.

I did get this do you think

    this will go with it?

If you couldn't tell I'm a leg girl.

    both are three same height.
