Plumeria Garden

New plumeria plant leaves dropping - help!!!

Hi everyone!

I’m new and need your help. I just bought some plumeria 2 days ago at a farmers market with drooping leaves. I didn’t think to ask the seller what it was, so I looked online and so far it can be over or under-watering. I have no idea which it is since I just bought it. I watered them deeply once but so far no change. Based on the pictures, what do you think?? Thanks!!

To me, it looks like someone just cut off of a mother tree and shoved into a pot to sell...

I am agreed with rox146. To make sure, gentle pull the plant and if come out without any hesitation, seller just shoved the new cutting into a pot......In that case, remove all these leafs and let them dry out the cutting surface and put root hormone then put back into the pot for rooting. Good luck.

I have seen people try to ma m.j e a quick buck April thru simmer trimming their plumies and jamming into moist soil, selling at swap meets, flea markets, farmers markets etc...

Sorry you got lead down wrong path ...still time to do it right though, good luck.
