Will the real 'Striptease' please reveal herself...

The earliest images I can find of a 'Striptease' in my personal records are from 2008 and the image below is from that same original bare root I purchased either in 2007 or 2006...so I've had it for a while. This one surely likes its home and sees full sun from around 11AM to about 5PM this time of year. I noticed last year some evidence of sporting and decided not to divide it out at the time and now the sporting is showing larger and I'll have to go get a hori knife and cut into the crown and root mass to separate it, I have no doubt it's a little rootbound in its pot and needs larger quarters and a medium refresh. But I digress...

..pass forward to last year and I noticed a bunch of hostas in a local nursery that were labeled 'Striptease' but certainly didn't look like what I've been looking for the past 12 or so years. The white margin is just so much wider that I think this batch -and there were probably 10 or so on display- is not 'Striptease' but is in fact 'Snake Eyes'. After all, 'Snake Eyes' was discovered in a batch of 'Striptease' back in 2000....

Waddaya think???
