I’ve had a vision to do this in my basement. I did not get my 8 foot doors- was told too expensive by our project manager. So, I want simple buttered casing- see pic. I’ve been told quite expensive/time and skill. I have a quote on the material.. but the labor I guess is expensive and not sure our “carpenter”- who is doing all our milk work install, etc. Can anyone help me understand?
