Can anyone ID what is eating this Viburnum 'Wentworth' and is there a solution? I tried cutting it back to the ground from a 15ft shrub 2 years ago as a solution when it was just about defoliated. I thought I was done with it, but it grew back very quickly from the stump and is now about 5ft tall again. It looked healthy all of last year and early this spring, and now this is what the leaves are starting to look like again.

I don't seem to have much luck with Viburnums.
