A first bloom, it’s a fake!

I had a first daylily bloom today. It’s a faker because it was added this spring and came from Washington state. It’s got a few scapes and it has daylily friends. I have several daylily additions from this spring that are going to bloom. We had our patio redone in the fall which left me more garden space, yippee! Here is Heavenly Hidden Treasures first bloom, it’s in hard to get at location, Although no contortions like Kate did. Not a bad bloom under the circumstance.

Here is a couple of my clematis blooming now.

Hey, fake blooms count too!! If it’s in your garden and it’s blooming, it’s real!!! And it is a pretty bloom. Love the clematis, especially the red color.

No such thing as a fake bloom! Well, not unless you stick some plastic flowers in the ground. Used to be a house in town that did that. That is really a pretty daylily, not sure I have seen that before. Love your Clematis. I never see any red clematis around here offered. I have been wanting red, or a white double flowering one, but local nurseries just carry shades of purple.

It looks real and pretty to me. Your clematis look fabulous. They never do very well for me. I got a couple of new ones last fall. One (Crystal Fountains) only had two blooms, and it finished.

So pretty! Heavenly Hidden Treasure is one I've thought of getting, I love the look of it. Betty Corning is a great clematis and that's a nice picture of it - I have a hard time capturing it in a pic.

Lovely blooms all . Your clematis with the hanging blue bells is my favourite . Had not heard of that one Kate ......now ......well lets just say you are an enabler LOL! Gonna have to hunt that one down . The yellow throat/eye / whatever you want to call it on that daylily is such a brilliant yellow YOWZA! Not often you see that .
