This is master bathroom. It is large with a lot of wasted space. 1 sink basin. Ceiling has red light. lol

Agreed. You have good looking tile here as far as you have shown us. People do not always agree with previous homeowner’s choices - especially when it was just being done to get it sold. Tile in good condition with no mold or mildew and new caulk will be good enough.

I agree with most-clean the tile and hang a new shower curtain. Fresh coat of paint. I just bought a 1967 home with same style in the largest bathroom and everything is YELLOW—tub, sink, wall to wall tile, toilet aaaaaaaand the walls!!! The owners updated the first floor bathroom, and should have saved their money Bc I’ll probably gut it before I tackle the hideous bath upstairs. It doesn’t fit the home at all, and def not my taste. My point is-give the new owners an opportunity to do what they want-Happy Selling! Keep us posted!

I agree with kamiaro, leave them alone except a fresh coat of paint that complements the room. I like the blue tile and if putchased your home would leave it. Not crazy about the brown but others may like it.

What color called simply White will clean up the bathroom and make the blue look nice and make the countertop nice I don't know what people are talking about Brown I don't see any brown what color is the floor you're replacing the floor you said

Somebody could buy the house they could paint the tub you have to hire professional and that is going to cost a couple Grand or somebody don't like tubs or rip it out and if they don't like blue they can put up whatever color they want just sell the house has is you could like put a new bathroom floor to make it look better
