Hello. I think you could do either really. If you can find drawer pulls in the same family, in two different lengths, you could put the longer ones on the wider drawers, and the smaller pulls on the smaller drawers, or just use the same size pulls on all of them, but I think the first option would be best. I like pulls sized 1/3 the width of the drawer. Very balanced and aesthetically pleasing. There should be different pull widths for different drawer widths. Otherwise, if all pulls are the same size, you could have a pull too puny for a drawer, or a pull too big for a drawer.

For your drawers that are 18”, 24”, 28”, I’d get pulls that are 6“, 8“, and 9” respectively.
