My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does unfinished mean you have to do something to or with it each year? How much different does it look than the finished side?

    This was a special application since it was a bench with a back. Typically wouldn’t see the unfinished sides of the material. Nothing was done to coat or seal the unfinished material on this project. When I last checked, it still looked about the same maybe just a tad bit faded on that side. The true finished side, looked exactly the same.
