when did it come to you .. is it new to you ... did you recently repot it???

probably not enough light .. but its hard to tell with the purple foliage ...

they are not really house plants .. could it go outside in full bright shade ...???

how do you water it.. and how often ???

Ive had it 2 weeks now. It get bright indirect light and I water it whenbthr soil is dry. I repptted it when i got It.

These need a lot of light indoors. Depending on your latitude there may be more light at an east or west window at this time of year. You say when you water but not how you water. Let it sit in bucket of water for 10 minutes then lift and drain. Remember how heavy it feels then don’t water again until it feels much lighter. Don’t go by how dry the surface looks.

I hope you didn't bury the rhizomes. This can cause a lot of problems if you bury them (too deep).

This looks like ones from Exotic Angels (Lowe's, Walmart) and usually thrive outdoors in summer. Do not start in direct sun but slowly acclimate them to more sun over a couple of weeks so they receive a couple of hours or more. Even in shade they should do okay.

I had several of the small starter plants a few years ago. Wonderful summer growers but a bit fussy in winter (mildew, semi-dormancy, etc)
