in the mean time.. plant it ... and hope for the best ... its extremely stressed .. its not hungry .. and i never spay goo'd on stressed plants .. maybe good old mother earth will nurture it ..

and BTW ... i have mail ordered conifers.. trees.. shrubs.. hosta.. perennials from quality vendors .. and never had a problem that the seller didnt take care of ... dont be afraid of future mail order ... and find better sellers .. some times... a bargain isnt a bargain ... and to be clear.. i lost some money on bad vendors... i just never ordered from them again ...

usually do a reputable nursery like stark bros. This time it was home depot only because I really wanted this variety. Most places can't ship to my area currently because of covid so didn't have any choices. They do say 1 year plant return on their site so hoping they honor that. Don't want to plant scared it will infect my others.

I bought the same variety from HD last year, a tiny plant came and did not look healthy. I pruned it and repotted with acidic soil, it finally started to take off. The leaves are truly beautiful and look like eucalyptus. Good luck!

I purchased blueberries from Home Depot three years ago that look just like this and have since I bought them. I didn't even think anything of it (I was a brand new, novice gardener and just thought it was due to stress or something). I think their supplier uses diseased stock.
