Raining this morning

We are in need of the rain, I was going to have to water if it did not rain soon so glad to see it. I did not get many pictures this morning because I was out so early some were not open completely. Some of these photos are ones I did not post yesterday, or if I did you will have to excuse me

Tahiti Sweetie is new, I think it has room for improvement, the color is not quite what I was expecting.

Annabelle's Blush

Hudson Valley, someone asked me recently about scent on this one, I did detect a slight scent this morning to it, not a lot though. Probably if it has scent it will be later in the day

My Mama Thinks I am A star

Scandinavia has had a couple of previous blooms, but they took 2 days to open and did not look like much. This is better at least, and very tall!

What I received as Spacecoast Citrus Kick. Very sculpted looking, but finally doing a little better

Titanic Tower

Wiregrass Greenstar is starting off very well this year with 3 blooms. I had been unsure about this one, it has been slow taking off, but may be a keeper

Just thought I would show this weird seedling, I liked its almost perfect star shape

My Mama Thinks I'm a Star looks so pretty, as does Annabelle's Blush. I don't care for the colors on Tahiti Sweetie, but maybe they'll get better. Scandinavia is an attractive near white.

My Mama Thinks I'm A Star looks good. I like Titanic Tower. That is quite a poly on your seedling. Fun to see if it does it it again.

Wire grass Greenstar is my favorite today, I like the soft pastel look. Has that seedling had polys before today? It’s pretty cool.

Wiregrass Greenstar , Tahiti Sweetie , and Scandinavia and My Mama Thinks I am A star are my choices . All but Tahiti Sweetie are UF's which I prefer. (not sure if TS is considered a UF or not ) .

I like the looks of Wiregrass Greenstar. Your Annabelle’s Blush is always so pretty-mine is not nearly as distinct. Your seedling is certainly an eye catcher!!

Glad you got some rain. Wiregrass Greenstar and Annabelle's Blush look good. Tahiti Sweetie appears not to have the color I get here. I got it back in 2017 from Judy D. Could be our soil and location differences.

I had thought Wiregrass Greenstar would not make it the 1st couple of years, and it was very blah looking. Last year it improved, and this year it is doing pretty well so it may have a place in my garden. Julia, I was expecting much brighter color, more red. I hope future blooms will be more what I want, but I have been looking and seeing some photos that look like mine. Brad, I had to move Titanic Tower, then divided it, so was not sure it would bloom. I was hoping, since this is the first bloom in my garden. There was a gigantic bloom today, a little brighter too, but started raining so did not get a pic.

Anabelle's Blush sure looks pretty. I've seen it in catalogs and wondered how it looked in person. Nice one..........Maryl
