My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Finally, 2005 seedling gets inflo

It has been a long time waiting. Out if the 25 2005 seedlings that grew and grew, yet only 10 bloomed by year 8...I kept this one due to its nice red leaves. Finally an inflo, but it takes 3 years of blooming I read fir it to be it's TRUE self...
Hoping it smells nice.
