looks very nice, serene..the only thing that jumps out to me is the dated ceiling fan, replace it with something more modern and no light kit, it is also installed way too low.

Seeing as the fireplace is your main concern here, can you take a picture of the fireplace where it is not crooked? Some of us can create mockups to show you different looks if. If you can take a picture that looks more like this where the fireplace is as square as possible in your camera it would be very helpful:

I like the calm feel of your space. I agree that the ceiling fan could go. If the plant in the corner isn't real, I would remove it, too. Try adding more drapery panels because the drapes are too skimpy. Flooring, paint, furniture & rug are beautiful. I agree that some more photos of the fireplace would be helpful.

I would add interior drape panels between the windows and add some colorful pillows to your couch. Pull some from your cow painting. If you update your fireplace consider putting your TV next to it instead if mounting above, which will let your fireplace be a statement by itself.
