Sir and Ma'am, I have almost the exact same layout in my condo over on the other Hillcrest side of North Park. did you completely remove your old cabinets in the kitchen or just reface them? I still have the 80s dual tone melamine and can't decide if they are worth keeping or if I can reface and have that modern look you have.
