Need Landscaping Ideas - Small Front Yard

My front yard is bare. We have a driveway on the left and right sides of the yard. THe front door is on the left side of house. I have 15 boxwoods, 3 arborvitaes and 1 dwarf maple that I can use. I don't have to use them all but would like to incorporate some of them. Just don't know what is the best placement or design. I also want a stone path from left to right. All suggestions are much appreciated! THanks.

I think some lantana would look good in front of your porch, and maybe a redbud or two in the yard

Hi! You should take this to the garden web forum. They'll need a lot more info from you though. Size of lot, planting zone, sun/shade exposure, etc. My suggestions would be to not plant boxwoods in your front yard. Most of them smell like cat pee (google it) and that many would be too much. I had 5 along my front walk -when we first bought this house- and ripped them right out. Some folks like the way they smell so if you don't mind it then go for it! :) You have the perfect front lawn for a native wildflower bed. That's what I would do. mix in a boxwood or three but not anymore than that.

You could also hire a landscape designer to do only a design for you. It's very inexpensive for just a design and you can complete it at your own pace.
