Lots of nice clumps today. I like it when several come out to play together. Even in part shade Sangria continues to bloom well. Summer Snowball looks good-I did get that one on your recommendation. It bloomed but will undoubtedly look better next year. It had the same issues with rain, dew and cool morning temps. I like the lavender on Palace Garden Beauty and God Save the Queen gave you an outstanding clump!

Such a lovely group of clumps today! I really like Sangria With Mia. Summer Snowball and Purple Passion's Promise are both lovely. Palace Garden Beauty has always been a beauty, and both of the yellows are lovely, but I especially liked Spanish glow.

Kate and kay - Summer Snowball has multiplied into a nice sized clump now, and it's well-branched and budded this season. Sangria With Mia does bloom OK in part-shade, and that's why I leave it there. But when that corner was in full sun, it was capable of bud counts in the 30s. In the shade, it's lucky to have 12 or 14. I was surprised at how well-budded Purple Passion's Promise was this year. It should be blooming for awhile.

Wow, Born to a Reign keeps pumping the blooms in clumps, so lovely. I admired Summer Snowball last season, such a gorgeous daylily. I don’t remember seeing Spanish Glow, what a standout color, I’m glad you gave it a better spot, love the simplicty.

Palace Garden BEauty is a beauty. Mine will not cooperate and put blooms in the same spot. I really like Purple Passion's Promise, Summer Snowball, and of course, Born to Reign. I meant to order Summer Snowball, from Schreiners I think it was, something came up and I forgot! I need to see if they still have it. The Davisson seedling is gorgeous.

Thanks Nancy! Palace Garden Beauty wasn't totally cooperating. There were three blooms on the other side of the clump, but they were facing a different direction. Shhreiners still had Summer Snowball this spring. Their photo of it is still awful. For some reason it looks far better in my garden than when Maryott grew it. It also looks better than hybridizer Carpenter's photo. I think the farther north that dormant is grown, the better it looks and performs. I do highly recommend it - always has more than the registered 15 buds for me.

Such wonderful photos and gorgeous clumps. I love Summer Snowball and Purple Passion's Promise! I would definitely add both of those to my garden. I really like the Davisson seedling too.

My number one pick this time is Dance Again. It's a color I've discovered I really like. Reminds me of Orange Smoothie. I've had a hard time photographing its color though and yours looks perfect. Good job....Mexican Magic and Summer Snowball are also most appealing...........Maryl

Palace Garden Beauty really hits the sweet spot for me! Great color, form and design. Summer Snowball and Judy's seedling are also quite beautiful!

Brad - I've had Palace Garden Beauty for more than 15 years, and it never loses its appeal for me.

Maryl - Dance Again is one you would like. It still looks good at the end of a 99-degree day.
