Gorgeous helen !!! Mine bloomed even in the shade . I really want to give it a better spot though. Is yours in the ground or a pot ?

I wish they'd finally introduced this in Europe. It seems to be everywhere but not here :(

@Lilyfinch z9a Murrieta Ca It was in a 5-gallon pot in 2018 and in the ground in 2019. Even when it was in a pot, this rose is amazing. Mine is own root.

You got your wish for a petal packed beauty. What tremendous examples of this rose you have grown. I particularly love the last photo in the first group. It's a beautiful composition and shows off the subtle color variations of Quick Silver. I hope you frame this photo. Diane

Thank you @Vaporvac Z6-OhioRiverValley(zone 6: Ohio River Valley) . I take whole bush pics sometimes. However, I have a small garden so more than half of my roses are in pots, many of them in 5-gallon nursery pots so the whole bush of a rose in a 5-gallon pot isn't something that I would like to show all the time :) The pic of Quick Silver in 5-gallon pot above is an exception because it looked amazing in even a small container. I love purple. <3 The two of these I planted I'm thrilled with also. They are doing as well as the Lady Ashe they were planted with, and that is an unbeatable one for me. Someday I'll have a picture to upload of a covered arch, if all goes well.

The one I saw in person was only 2 years old I think, and already climbing very well with tons of blooms. I love a quick climber!

I’m planning to have quicksilver cover a fence together with DA Bathsheba. I hope those two colours work well together with a clash!

No blooms yet but hoping! Very small plant from HCR for the Quicksilver and grafted David Austin direct from him. Also Malvern Hills and Guireland D'Amore.

Gorgeous! Mine is just about to burst into bloom aNd now I’m even more excited looking at all the pictures here!

Last year was the second year for mine, but it didn’t do too great. This year, it’s covered in buds. (yay!)
