you have a lovely new space and I too love the dining chairs. I might consider a bit more modern feeling chandelier in a dark color like bronze or black to integrate with your chairs that have a modern feel to them

Yes, it is a bit fancy but bare bulbs can throw a harsh light oftentimes. I like the drum shape. Maybe a drum with a silk shade instead would work.
