Ask the people that gave you the plan.

Yes I have seen them before.

Generally walls, doors, fixtures, etc. denote future layouts that may or may not occur in the initial building process or ever. Only the people that had the plan drawn that way knows for sure.

Hey, I have asked... but its taking quite sometime to get a response. I just wanted to see if anyone with experience could give me some insight into what they usually mean? What's your consensus?

All of that indicates future/extra work. The space is unfinished, but if you want it finished that gives you the idea of where walls and doors would be. If you want the bathroom rough-in, that's where they'd put it.

Awesome thank you, so it would all be open space for the time being until I get it done. If I get the rough in, i Would assume it’s just the plumbing and those walls are future work as well.
