Yellow blueberry stem any cause for concern?

I have 2 blueberry shrubs new this year, one is a 3-in-1 and one is a pink popcorn. They have been growing relatively healthily so far, both producing fruit (although the pink popcorn has very few). I noticed some of the stems are bright yellow in color on both plants and some leaves on the pink popcorn have redness to them. Is this normal? The 3-in-1 have many fruits, not yet ripe but they're plump looking. Appreciate any advice!
