Can you provide soil (ph, soil type, etc), environment (sunlight, weather, etc), fertilizing, watering information (how much, how often, etc) ? Did you get them this year? Thanks!

my area got alkaline clay soil, so when I plant my rhododendron I will replace the soil with half bark with half triple mix, it is the same mix I use for my pot.

For the in ground Rhodos: one is at half sun location, with 5 hour morning sun. Another one with 2 hour morning sun and 2 hour late afternoon sun (after 6 pm)

the potted one is in a shade location with dappled sunlight in a shade location during the whole day, then 1 hour late afternoon sun.

I water them regularly, when I saw the new grow wilt a little bit, I will water them.

I got other rohodos are really healthy and grow next to them, only the cherry cheesecake always got problems.
