only 1 for the 4th

American Freedom had 3 of its last 4 buds open today for the 4th, plus I see a rebloom scape on it. Seems appropriate for the 4th. These last blooms are smaller than normal, but I am excited to know I will have rebloom. Mean Green and A Walk in the Clouds looked absolutely stunning today, but my camera battery died after 1 picture

Coral Majority, looks kinda splothy here, but really it isn't. I guess the light reflecting off it. I keep hoping to get a good picture of it

Sorry Sherry for the confusion, I edited to show that is American Freedom. I wish I could have gotten a photo of A Walk in the Clouds, but my battery went dead and I never made it back out to get a picture later.

I really like the photo of Sailor Sky surrounding El Desperado. It's like they saying, who's the better late. LOL My favorites are Jellyroll Morton, Loud Girls, Motown Blues and Crazy Ivan. My husband's favorite full form here is Crazy Ivan this year. He photographed it so many times.

Great group! My favorites are Hakuna Matata (it really is a great plant!), Jellyroll Morton and High Water Mark. Sailor Sky looks wonderful.

Nice post. Hakuna Makata is my favorite bloom but High Water mark and Motown Blues looks very good and Coral Majority is a good clump.

Debra, I really like Crazy Ivan, but it i so short. Such a huge flower. Laura, those are some of my favorites this year. Brad, it took several years before Motown blues ever really bloomed well. The blooms looked good, they always seem to look nice, but not a lot of blooms. I moved it, and it does so much better. Kay, i really need to take a picture of Hakuna Matata's branching, but probably should wait til it finishes developing.

Maryl, Blackjack Cherry has been here for several years, always the blooms open nicely even early. So far Loud Girls is not doing really well, just 1 fan and not a lot of blooms. I am going to move it when it finishes blooming, or maybe pot it up for a while. The last blooms have looked so much better than the first ones.
