Pool Help - Limestone Coping

We had limestone coping installed around our new pool. We have an automatic cover and the coping that goes over the cover box was NOT brought to the site nor cut/installed at the same time. We believe that is the reason why we have this issue. See photos, the cover box coping appears to be completely different limestone, width (1 is 14”, 1 is 15”)depth, the planing ridges on the top are different (one has ridges the other is smoothe). Thoughts? Is this “normal variance in the stone”? Open to any suggestions, engaging with the contractor this week on this.
