My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Have you used fire rated finish on the steel beams? What kind?

    Unfortunately, the builder is the owner for this project and we did not have a part in that. We did the fixed finishes, lighting and furniture for this project.
