It seems like you have some leaf nodes below the stems, so keep the plant in water and it should produce roots. Be patient, as it could take up to a month or two. Put in dirt after the roots are 1-2 inches long.

I'd put it in a large pot of good potting soil. Set it outside in the shade. You might remove all but one leaf unless you can get the whole thing in a large clear trash bag to hold humidity. If the leaf yellows, just cut it off. Should be rooted in a few weeks with heat and humidity -- depending on where you live.
