Has anyone grown Aji Charapita Pepper? I am a bit perplexed, Do they take a long while to take off and grow? It is mid July and my 2 have just sat there doing nothing. I was given on April 30'th some starts and put them in their own pots the next day.....They were about 4 inches than and 4 inches now. I have I think 42 other peppers that are all doing fine, but not these two. I live in the San Juan Islands in Washington and it has been cooler than normal, but still, they don't seem to want to thrive.
