Hmm. If it's not soft, it may not be a disease at all. Are many fruits like that, or just this one?

Oh wow. I'm not really sure on that, but I would guess some kind of virus (maybe a mosaic virus, a spotted wilt virus, or even ToBRFV). It doesn't look terribly familiar, though.

Or, maybe insects damaged them, and they healed over. Have you sliced one open to see what it looks like inside?

I've never seen anything quite like what your tomatoes are showing, but it does look a little like catfacing to me, which would be caused by pollination during colder temps. Is the damage only to the skin or the interior too?

What do the leaves look like?
