Howdy! Hoping for ideas and assistance with decorating my two dining room hitches. I don’t know what’s wrong with what I have and what’s needed or needs to be removed but I’m just not happy with the way they look. I have two that flank the doors leading into my kitchen. One is like to place dining room stuff (glasses/plates/flatware) but perhaps place them in baskets boxes? Should I repaint the bitches to match the wall color or just paint the backs? They are lit with rope lighting. Should I remove the ropes and maybe add picture lights at the top or little table lamps inside? The space is rustic but not country. Thanks for all your help!!!
