I would start by placing the bed on the far, empty wall, with two small end tables. It will be the focal point as you walk into the room, and you won't be looking straight into the bathroom from the bed. The wall with the main door can be used for a dresser, or two armchairs, depending on your needs. Get a roman shade for the window, mounted at the ceiling, so you get full light when it is up, and will look proportional to the wall when down. Do both your doors into the bathroom and closet swing in? You might consider a barn door, at least on the closet, to give you more space inside.
