Plumeria Leaf Scorch?

I brought a smaller plumeria back from Hawaii last summer and was having great success with its regrowth this season. I slowly integrated it outdoors where it was spending the majority of the day in the mostly full sun in Colorado. I decided, like an idiot, I wanted to enjoy the fruits of my labor and brought it inside about a week and a half ago. Since then, two of the 4 leaves began getting small yellow spots, which are now turning into brown spots with a limp leaf. I think this is leaf scorch, but I dont know what to do from here? Do I immediatly repot with fresh soil? Clean the roots?

I tried fertilizing last night and it didnt seem to help a lot. I think this more began as a watering issue but now I need to try to correct it. HELP!

Thaks,

Julia
