Even if I go to my own old posts there, I can't get in.

There are loads of online recipes for cooking pork tenderloin in a crock pot - and the images look yummy. I hope it works out well for you.

I don't think I'd try the crockpot, too easy to overcook. They cook so fast, I wouldn't mind turning on the oven, or use a grill. About 20 minutes, or to 145 degrees.

Mercury girl, even when I find it, and try to make a post, it does not go through.

For example: for this post, one of the forums I selected was Cooking. Yet it only showed up in the other 2.

If I try to select just cooking, I get a progress bar that goes nowhere and eventually times out.

It's some weird glitch.

Olychick was having a similar problem today accessing Cooking using Firefox. I'm on Firefox and its fine for me...

I don't have a grill anymore. Though if I did, this sounds ideal.

I couldn't survive without a grill! Even when we lived in the northeast, I grilled in the middle of winter with snow on the ground and just cleared a path to the grill through the snow. I like meat and I prefer it grilled!

I sure wouldn't use a slow cooker on that tender morsel...but a frypan with a lid will work fine.
Brown it on all sides, Remove to a tray, deglaze the ban with a little white wine of broth, or even apple juice, put the pork back in the pan, cover and simmer until done in the middle....maybe 15 minutes? use an instant read to check.

A friend just posted how much she loves her air fryer for her pork. This might be a great alternative.
